The role involves equipment operation, material handling, cleaning, and following safety and environmental requirements.  We are looking for you to:•    Operate balers and material handling equipment; use a forklift, loader, excavator, front loader truck, roll-off truck, or garbage truck as assigned.•    Sort and move recyclable materials, perform heavy lifting, and keep work areas clean and sanitary.•    Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with safety regulations and hazardous materials rules.•    Support recycling, solid waste management, landfill management, and environmental compliance activities.•    Inspect equipment, apply mechanical knowledge to identify issues, and report maintenance needs.  Qualifications:  Requirements•    Ability to follow safety procedures and use PPE consistently; outdoor work experience and heavy equipment operation are helpful.•    Experience in manufacturing, recycling, sanitation, or recyclable materials handling is preferred.•    Familiarity with mechanical equipment, landfill or solid waste management, hazardous materials regulations, and environmental compliance is a plus.•    Ability to perform material handling and heavy lifting and maintain a clean work area. Who is Allegiance?Founded in 1988 as a commercial cleaning company, Allegiance Industries has evolved into a diversified, multi-divisional facility services provider.
