Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do As our Janitorial Manager in Training, you will work closely with our leadership team to master facility operations. You will oversee on-site cleaning specialists, ensure customer satisfaction, and inspect commercial spaces to maintain peak standards. Stepping in as a hands-on custodial supervisor, you will lead, motivate, and train frontline teams while learning budget management, staffing, and quality control to rapidly step up into a senior cleaning operations lead role.

What You Bring To The Team

• Valid Driver’s License and personal, reliable vehicle (required)

• Strong work ethic, upbeat leadership mindset, and solid communication skills

• Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or team leadership is a plus
