The Courtyard by Marriott, situated on CMU’s campus, is seeking a part-time Bistro Attendant/Barista to support morning dining services at their on-site restaurant. If you are enthusiastic about food and beverage and dedicated to providing exceptional guest service and hospitality, we are excited to hear from you!

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality restaurant/bar services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Promote and ensure guest satisfaction
Money handling/accounting
Basic cleaning duties to maintain bistro and kitchen area
AM service includes barista and coffee bar duties, which include crafting coffee beverages for guests.
Prepare and present food to guests’ expectations
Safe food handling
