● Management of several cell suppliers in China
● Cell part approval
● Cell manufacturing supervision
● Cell specification discussion and alignment with Bosch System Engineering and Supplier
● Coordination with plant, supplier, and development
● Close alignment with Bosch purchasing
● Cell contact person to customers
● Responsible for time, spec, costs of the cell

Qualifications

● MSc or PhD in engineering, chemistry, physics or related field
● ＞3 years experience in Li-Ion cell development
● Overview of technical expertise of Chinese cell suppliers
● Experience in automotive development
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer and solution orientation
● Excellent cross-cultural skills (Germany, USA, Japan, China)
● Strong-willed
● International travelling
● Good English skill in both written and Oral
● Good spirit and ability in team work
