- Certifications: NRP required for all physicians; ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required for FM/IM physicians (EM boarded physicians are exempt from ACLS, PALS, and ATLS)
- Experience: No minimum experience requirement
- Other Qualifications: Case logs for previous 2 years, seasonal influenza vaccine required
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in a 17-bed, moderate-acuity community hospital ED.
- Work 12-hour shifts with 22 hours of daily NP/PA coverage.
- Perform moderate sedation and other emergency procedures as required.
- Serve as a supervising physician for Physician Assistants.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and APP team to manage approximately 25,000 annual ED visits.
