Job Details: Job Location: 3325 COUNTRY CLUB RD 500 - BIRMINGHAM, AL, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00Hourly, Essential Functions   Prepare food in accordance with club recipes and standards.Reports toSous ChefShift: Specific hours will be discussed upon interview, but this position covers the PM shifts in the kitchen; weekends and holidays includedAdditional Responsibilities     Prepares all required items     Sets up service units with needed items     Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards     Notifies Sous Chef of expected shortages     Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary     Assists the Sous Chef in maintaining security and safety in the kitchen     Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times     Sets up, maintains and breaks down cook station     Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations     Covers, dates and neatly stores all leftover products that are re-usable     Maintains the highest sanitary standards     Assists with other duties as assigned by Sous Chef*The Country Club of Birmingham is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees.*Qualifications: Position Qualifications:  Previous experience preferred  Be able to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays Work well in a team setting Ability to stand, walk, and move around the kitchen for long periods of time Be organized and capable of multi-tasking Be able to perform all front office functions.
