Responsibilities

StoneX Wealth Management is seeking temporary full-time associates to assist with a large-scale document digitization project for up to one year. This role will focus on preparing, scanning, organizing, and quality-checking client and business records to support our electronic records initiative.

 

  • Prepare paper documents for scanning, including removing staples, paper clips, and organizing files.
  • Scan documents into electronic record management systems.
  • Review scanned files for accuracy, readability, and completeness.
  • Index, label, and organize electronic documents according to established procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client and company information.
  • Assist with file organization and other administrative tasks related to the project.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes of files as needed.
  • Previous document management, records management, or administrative experience is a plus.

This onsite role in Birmingham, AL offers a $13 - $14/hr compensation rate.
