Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVNs), and Patient Care Techs (PCTs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted independent, nonprofit short-term acute care community hospital partners in Kerrville, TX. • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills:

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required for Registered Nurse Roles. 
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Active license in Texas or compact state
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
• New grads welcome with recent hospital experience
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
