What You’ll Do

  • Support individuals with daily living skills, independence, and community involvement
  • Assist with personal care and medication administration as needed
  • Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and programs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's compensated at a premium rate
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must have a clean driving record with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented


Additional Requirement

This position is part of a collective bargaining unit. Employment requires union membership on the 91st day of employment.
