Sales Coordinator - Logistics & Pricing (Male)

Location: Edappally, Kochi

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Logistics & Pricing

Shift: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Irish Time)

Salary: ₹35000-₹45,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator – Logistics & Pricing to support sales, procurement, logistics operations, and pricing activities. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in logistics and pricing, along with hands-on experience in procurement and freight pricing.
The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with International customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for sales and logistics activities.
Prepare freight quotations, pricing proposals, and rate sheets based on customer requirements.
Source, compare, and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and logistics vendors.
Handle procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, rate negotiation, and purchase coordination.
Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and shipment requirements while maintaining accurate records.
Support the sales and operations teams to ensure competitive pricing, smooth coordination, and timely shipment execution

Requirements

Male candidates preferred
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, pricing, or related areas.
Experience in procurement and vendor coordination is required.
Strong knowledge of freight pricing, quotations, costing, and rate negotiation.
Excellent English communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and logistics/shipping processes.
