QA Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Testing Intern to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. The intern will work closely with software testers and developers to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of our applications. This internship provides hands-on experience in software testing methodologies, defect tracking, and test automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is a plus.
  
• Understanding of API testing tools like Postman is desirable.
  
• Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  
  
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
• Execute test cases and document test results.
  
• Identify, log, and track software defects using defect management tools.
  
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  
• Assist in preparing test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
  
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
  
• Verify bug fixes and conduct retesting activities.
  
• Participate in requirement analysis and testing discussions.
  
• Maintain testing documentation and reports.
  
• Support automation testing initiatives when required.
