GENERAL MANAGER PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Planning and Scheduling of work based on priority to theCorel Executives and the CAD executives.
  
• Ensuring all deadlines are met based on the urgency withrespect to product design.
  
• CAD and Corel Output within the timeframes
  
• Monitor and approve the CAD Files and the Resin output
  
• Helping in the market research trends through public domaininformation.
  
• Managerial Responsibilities:
  
• Resolving Issues related to working systems, theirmaintenance and wear and tear.
  
• Resolving the Team Grievances
  
• Keeping a check on the timelines and ensuring structureddistribution of work allocation as per
  
• the workload, commitments
  
• Conducting Timely Appraisals
  
• Generation of timely reports to the Management for BusinessAnalysis
  
• Training/arranging training to upgrade the employee skillson a planned and timely basis
  
• Driving the Teams towards the collective targetsset by the management on a day-to-day basis for their respective job roles
  

Requirements

• Any graduate or Bachelor’s degree in jewellery design is a plus
  
• Diploma in related fieldwith prior experience of managing similar projects and campaigns.
  

• Experience: 20+ years 
  
• Market : Export (US & UK)
  
• Product : Diamond Jewellery
  
• Strong hands on experience of product development and it's complete cycle
  
• Experience with Corel Draw, Rhino, etc. in the jewellery production process.
  
• A hands on experience of managing a big size team
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Effective team management and team building
  
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Google sheets, etc.)
