This position involves working in a team of high calibre MEP (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) Professionals including 3D Spatial MEP Coordinators, MEP Revit Designers, 3D MEP Modellers working on a variety of International MEP BIM, Revit & CAD Design Development projects for Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a domain & leadership role for working on international & high profile projects involving the following aspects:

Carrying out 2D AutoCAD MEP Coordination of various Building Services with relevant codes and regulations rules
To work with the team and deliver the projects within time, budget and quality that is desired.

Qualification and Experience Required:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
ITI / Technical Diploma with relevant work experience either in HVAC / Electrical / Mech. Pipework.
3+ Years in the MEP field with atleast 50% of that time spent on MEP Coordination using AutoCAD.
The team member should have independently worked on 3D Revit MEP / 3D AutoCAD Projects.
Ability to communicate well in English will be an added advantage.
Ability to work on Navisworks will be considered a plus.
