Weare looking for an experienced Senior Dealer – Institutional Equities to manageand execute equity orders for our institutional clients, including DomesticMutual Funds, PMS and AIFs. This is a high responsibility role for someone whounderstands the nuances of institutional execution and is comfortable handlinglarge value orders and ETF baskets and has the judgment to select the rightexecution strategy and trading algorithms to achieve the best possible outcomesfor clients. You will work closely with buy side Dealing Teams, InstitutionalSales, Trading and Operations, ensuring every order is executed with speed,accuracy, discretion and strong attention to execution quality. Error freeexecution is expected from you.

KeyResponsibilities:

Executeequity orders for Domestic Mutual Funds, PMS and AIF clients with speed,accuracy.
Handlelarge value orders, block/bulk trades and ETF baskets efficiently acrossdifferent market conditions.
Useappropriate algorithmic trading strategies and execution tools to achieveoptimal execution and minimize market impact.
Monitormarket movements, liquidity, spreads and order flow to determine the mosteffective execution strategy.
Workclosely with Fund Managers, Client Dealers and institutional dealing teams tounderstand their trading preferences and execution requirements.
Maintainclear and timely communication with clients throughout the order executionlifecycle.
Buildstrong working relationships with institutional clients and act as a trustedexecution partner.
Collaborateclosely with Institutional Sales, Operations and other internal teams to ensuresmooth trade execution.
Proactivelyidentify and resolve execution related issues to ensure a seamless clientexperience.
Maintainaccurate trade records and ensure all executions are carried out in line withinternal controls, compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines.
Demonstratestrong ownership, discretion and judgment while handling high value andsensitive institutional orders.

WhatWe're Looking For:

5–8years of experience in Institutional Equity Dealing / Trading.
Strongexperience handling institutional equity orders for Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs orother institutional clients.
Handson experience in executing large value orders, block/bulk trades and ETFbaskets.
Goodunderstanding and practical experience with algorithmic trading and executionstrategies.
Strongunderstanding of equity markets, liquidity, order types and marketmicrostructure.
Strongrelationships and working experience with Fund Managers and institutionaldealing teams.
Excellentjudgment under pressure with a strong focus on accuracy and execution quality.
Strongcommunication and coordination skills.
Highlevel of integrity, ownership and confidentiality when handling institutionalorders.
