About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise across modern frontend and backend technologies, database design, caching, and AI-powered data systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy production-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Build responsive and performant user interfaces using Next.js.
Develop robust backend APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database schemas.
Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve application performance.
Work with Vector Databases to build AI-powered search, recommendation, or RAG-based features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

4-5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
Strong hands-on experience with Next.js.
Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
Solid understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar).
Hands-on experience with Redis.
Experience working with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, ChromaDB, or similar).
Strong understanding of REST APIs and system design principles.
Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience with AI/LLM applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Experience with message queues or event-driven architectures.
Understanding of security and performance optimization best practices.
