About the Company:
Arcus Restoration, a brand of American Restoration is a growing, full-scale restoration and remediation company currently serving middle and east Tennessee as well as North Alabama. We specialize in property restoration involving water, fire, smoke or other property damage. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage mitigation and restoration.
  • Perform detailed inspections and document the extent of damage using industry-standard tools and software.
  • Set up and operate drying equipment, dehumidifiers, air movers, and other specialized machinery to remove moisture and contaminants.
  • Remove damaged materials and apply antimicrobial treatments to prevent mold growth and further damage.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including photographs, moisture readings, and client communications.
  • Follow safety protocols and comply with environmental regulations to protect oneself, clients, and the environment.
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth restoration processes.
  • Provide clear explanations and updates to clients regarding the mitigation process and expected outcomes.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate mitigation equipment safely
  • Ability to wear PPE for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in environments affected by water, fire, or mold
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn during training

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full‑time, field‑based position with a schedule that varies depending on active restoration projects and customer needs. Because emergencies can occur at any time, technicians participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours response. Work is performed in residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, or mold, requiring PPE, adherence to safety procedures, and collaboration with technicians, supervisors, and customers.

Benefits
