Job DetailsJob Location: Murray, UT 84107The Nurse Practitioner (NP) works in collaboration with a physician to assess patient's medical needs. He/She will orders, interpret, and records results of clinical tests and report results to physicians, prescribe medication(s) and make recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Qualifications Masters Degree, with a certification as CRNP (Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner) Must hold a current state license and must maintain license renewal in accordance with the standards of the State Board of Nursing Two to four years of experience, long term acute care and rehabilitation experience is  preferred Critical care experience preferred  Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills with minimal guidance
