Essel is seeking skilled construction laborers to join our team on various commercial and residential projects. This role requires hands-on experience with construction tools and techniques, as well as a strong commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general construction tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
Assist skilled trades with framing, drywall, concrete, and other construction activities
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
Must have a All PPE (Hard hat, Safety Glasses, Vest and Steel Toed Boots)
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assignments on time

Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
