MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location: South Myrtle Beach, SC

Job Type: Full-Time (Flexible Schedule)

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour dependent on experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Resort Maintenance Technician to join our full-time team on the sunny south end of Myrtle Beach! As our go-to technician, you’ll keep our resort grounds, amenities, and guest rooms running smoothly, ensuring an exceptional experience for everyone on the property. We are not looking for a contract worker, we are looking for someone to join our company as a full-time team member. 

What You'll Do

• Perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across resort buildings, equipment, and guest fixtures.

• Handle light drywall repairs, finishing, painting, basic electrical fixes, and light plumbing work.

• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of resort roofs, HVAC equipment, and pool/deck areas.

• Service and maintain landscaping tools, while assisting with the loading and unloading of materials.

• Keep the maintenance shop organized, clean, and stocked, while proactively identifying and fixing safety hazards property-wide.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience—resort, hotel, or hospitality experience is strongly preferred.

• Basic hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safe power tool operation.

• Strong time management skills, solid communication, and the ability to multitask and prioritize on the fly.

• A team-first mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
