We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Guest Services Listing Representative who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and being part of a great team!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Welcoming Guests:Â Be the friendly first face our guests see while helping connect them with our real estate sales team.
- Keeping Things Running Smoothly: Answer calls, schedule appointments, and help keep our busy sales office organized.
- Helping Showcase Properties: Assist with listing photos, property information, and keeping our real estate listings looking their best.
- Getting Creative: Help with website updates, marketing materials, and social media posts to showcase our properties.
- Being a Team Player: Work alongside our sales agents to provide outstanding guest service and keep things moving behind the scenes.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Someone who is outgoing, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and loves working with people. A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help are a must!
