Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Overseas Recruitment Executive to manage candidate sourcing, agent coordination, recruitment activities, and business development for Gulf country requirements. The role involves building recruitment networks, achieving hiring targets, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a network of recruitment agents and channel partners.
- Source and mobilize candidates for Gulf country jobs based on client requirements.
- Organize job fairs, seminars, roadshows, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with agents, candidates, and business partners.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for screening, documentation, and candidate processing.
- Follow up regularly with agents and candidates to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Identify new recruitment opportunities and expand the agent network.
- Prepare recruitment reports, market updates, and activity reports for management.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Overseas Recruitment, Recruitment, Business Development, Manpower Consultancy, or Staffing.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good networking and relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a recruitment-driven environment.
- Ability to organize recruitment drives and candidate mobilization activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
