The Role

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Electric Bike Maintenance Technicians to join our team.

This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in electric bike maintenance and repair while working closely with experienced technicians. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in electric bikes, a willingness to learn, and a passion for providing excellent technical and customer service support.

As part of the maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our electric motorbikes are serviced efficiently, safely, and to the highest acceptable standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in performing routine and general maintenance and repairs on electric bikes, including adjustments, cleaning, and parts replacement.
Diagnose and troubleshoot common mechanical and electrical faults on electric bikes.
Support Senior Technicians with quality checks, assembly, and disassembly of bikes.
Conduct physical assessments of bikes during repairs to identify unreported abnormalities, including signs of accidents or damage.
Centrally align bikes in accordance with established operational standards to enhance performance.
Adjust and tighten major movable bike components to ensure safety, performance, and longevity.
Perform any other maintenance-related responsibilities as assigned by the Team Lead or Senior Technicians.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in a busy garage, workshop, or industrial environment is an added advantage.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Prior training with the National Youth Service (NYS) is an advantage.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
Strong willingness to learn and develop practical skills in electric bike maintenance.
