Waiter / Waitress

TheRole:
A running Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic, personable Waiter/Waitressto join their busy front-of-house team. They serve a creative menu of seasonaldishes, premium beverages, and a fully stocked bar – including craft cocktails,local beers, and an exciting wine list.

KeyResponsibilities:

·         Take accurate orders for food, soft drinks, hotdrinks, and alcoholic beverages

·         Serve alcohol responsibly

·         Make menu recommendations, including wine pairingsand signature cocktails

·         Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness, andsupport the team during rushes

·         Process payments and handle cash/ card transactions

Requirements

Requirements(non-negotiable):

·         Previous serving experience (preferred but notessential – full training given)

·         Knowledge of basic drink service (beer, wine,spirits) – or a willingness to learn fast

·         A friendly, calm attitude under pressure, especiallyduring busy service

·         Legal age to serve alcohol (must be 18/21+ dependingon location)

·         Strong communication and teamwork skills
