The Purpose of the Job

The Card PersonalizationOfficer is responsible for the secure, accurate, and efficient personalizationof banking cards. This role exists to ensure that every card produced meetsstrict quality standards while safeguarding sensitive customer data,maintaining regulatory compliance, and upholding the highest informationsecurity protocols. 
You will be the critical link between customer data and thephysical card in their hands.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

·       Operate and monitor bankingcard personalization systems to ensure smooth production runs.

·       Thoroughly verify customerdata prior to production to prevent errors and misprints.

·       Ensure accurate encodingand physical personalization of banking cards (e.g., chip encoding, embossing,printing).

·       Maintain absoluteconfidentiality and secure handling of sensitive customer information at allstages of production.

·       Conduct regular productionquality checks throughout the processing cycle to identify and rectify defects.

·       Monitor equipmentperformance, report faults promptly, and assist in basic troubleshooting.

·       Maintain complete andaccurate production documentation for audit and tracking purposes.

·       Meet established productionschedules and quality targets without compromise.

·       Support all security,regulatory, and compliance requirements, including participation in audit andquality assurance activities.

·        Actively contributeto continuous operational improvement programmes to enhance efficiency andreduce waste.

·        Ensure the securehandling, storage, and dispatch of personalized cards.
