  • Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases using Prisma ORM.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, GPS tracking platforms, IoT services, and other external systems.
  • Build secure authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant access controls.
  • Manage background jobs, queues, caching, and scheduled processes using Redis and related technologies.
  • Write clean, maintainable, properly documented, and well-tested code.
  • Review existing systems and improve performance, reliability, and security.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Containerise applications using Docker and deploy them to Linux servers and cloud infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain reverse proxies, domains, SSL certificates, and application environments.
  • Support CI/CD workflows and improve deployment automation.
  • Monitor production applications, investigate errors, and resolve technical incidents.
  • Work with product, operations, and management teams to convert business requirements into practical software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions.
  • Take ownership of assigned features from initial planning through production deployment


Requirements

  • At least 4 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong practical experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Experience developing both frontend applications and backend APIs.
  • Good knowledge of Node.js and modern server-side development.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, migrations, indexing, and query optimisation.
  • Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Ability to deploy and manage applications in production environments.
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Linux servers, environment variables, domains, and SSL configuration.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and data protection.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Ability to diagnose production problems using logs, monitoring tools, and systematic testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Fastify and Prisma ORM.
  • Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with Redis, queues, workers, or scheduled jobs.
  • Experience with GPS tracking, telematics, IoT, logistics, or fleet-management systems.
  • Experience integrating mapping, location, or real-time data services.
  • Familiarity with Wialon or other fleet-management platforms.
  • Experience configuring Traefik, Nginx, or similar reverse proxies.
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
  • Knowledge of application monitoring, backups, server security, and disaster recovery.
  • Experience working with large datasets, dashboards, analytics, or reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with progressive web applications.
