The Purpose of the Job

The SIM Card EmbeddingOfficer is the technical backbone of our smart card manufacturing process. Thisrole is responsible for operating and meticulously monitoring advanced SIMembedding equipment to ensure the accurate, secure, and highly efficientproduction of SIM cards. You will translate raw plastic and microchips intofully functional, personalized modules that strictly adhere to customerspecifications, rigorous quality standards, and critical information securityrequirements. By maintaining flawless equipment operation, you directlycontribute to operational excellence and ensure that millions of subscribersreceive reliable connectivity.

Our client is looking for a technically adept,mechanically inclined, and security-conscious professional who thrives in ahigh-precision manufacturing environment. Tasks, Duties &Responsibilities

·     Operate advanced SIMembedding machines strictly in accordance with approved operating proceduresand work instructions, ensuring seamless production flow.

·     Precisely set up equipmentand verify critical production parameters (temperature, pressure, alignment,and speed) before the commencement of each production run.

·     Proactively monitor machineperformance and production output in real-time to ensure optimal efficiency,accuracy, and minimal downtime.

·     Conduct regular, systematicquality inspections throughout the production process, verifying chipplacement, encapsulation integrity, and physical appearance.

·     Promptly identify,document, and report any equipment faults, production anomalies, or materialdiscrepancies to the maintenance and supervisory teams.

·     Maintain accurate,detailed, and legible production logs and operational records, ensuring fulltraceability of batches and machine performance metrics.

·     Uphold strict compliancewith all information security and confidentiality requirements, safeguardingsensitive customer data and production keys at all times.

·     Rigorously adhere toestablished health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures, maintaining aclean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.

·     Actively minimizeproduction waste through careful handling of raw materials (chips, tapes,plastic sheets) and precise machine calibration.

·     Support preventivemaintenance activities and routine equipment housekeeping, ensuring machineryremains in peak operating condition.

·     Escalate quality deviationsor security incidents immediately to the appropriate supervisor to prevent therelease of non-conforming or compromised products.

·      Actively contributeto continuous process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencyprogrammes, suggesting practical enhancements to reduce cycle times and improveyield.

Requirements

   Educational & Professional Qualifications

·     Education: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevantdiscipline, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering,Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

·     Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience inmachine operation, production, or manufacturing roles, ideally within ahigh-precision electronics, semiconductor, or smart card manufacturingenvironment.
Experience with pick-and-place machinery, die-attach equipment, orSIM/personalization processes is a distinct advantage.
