The Purposeof the Job

The SIM Card PackagingOfficer is the final critical link in our production chain before productsreach our clients. This role is responsible for accurately packaging finishedSIM cards and related collateral materials in strict accordance with customerspecifications. 
You will ensure that every order is verified, securely handled,and meticulously prepared for dispatch, maintaining impeccable inventoryaccuracy, robust product security, and timely order fulfillment. 
By deliveringperfectly packaged products, you directly enable our telecommunicationspartners to launch their services seamlessly.

You possess a sharp eye for verifying quantities, labelling, anddocumentation, and you treat every SIM card as a valuable, sensitive asset.

Tasks, Duties& Responsibilities

·       Package finished SIM cards and associated materials(leaflets, PIN mailers, activation guides) accurately and efficiently, strictlyfollowing approved customer specification sheets and work instructions.

·       Meticulously verify quantities, packagingmaterials, and product labelling against work orders to ensure 100% accuracybefore sealing any package.

·       Conduct a final visual inspection of productsbefore packaging to confirm that all SIMs meet quality standards, are free fromphysical defects, and match the correct batch.

·       Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-datepackaging and inventory records, logging batch numbers, quantities, andcompletion times for full traceability.

·       Prepare completed orders for dispatch, ensuringthey are correctly labelled, securely sealed, and properly staged forcollection by logistics partners.

·       Ensure the secure handling of products throughoutthe entire packaging process, strictly adhering to information security andconfidentiality protocols to prevent theft, loss, or data compromise.

·       Immediately report any discrepancies, shortages,overages, or damaged materials to the supervisor to enable prompt reconciliationand corrective action.

·       Maintain impeccable cleanliness, order, and organization within the packaging area, ensuring all tools, materials, andequipment are stored correctly and safely.

·       Actively support stock reconciliation and inventorycontrol activities, participating in periodic cycle counts to ensure physicalstock matches system records.

·       Maintain strict compliance with all informationsecurity and confidentiality requirements, safeguarding sensitive customerdata, activation keys, and production codes at all times.

·       Consistently meet assigned productivity anddelivery targets, balancing speed with accuracy to ensure on-time order fulfillment without compromising quality.

·       Actively participate in continuous improvementinitiatives, suggesting practical enhancements to packaging workflows, materialhandling, and waste reduction.

Requirements

Educational & Professional Qualifications

·       Education: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevantdiscipline, such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management, BusinessAdministration, Warehouse Management, or a related field.

·       Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience inpackaging, warehousing, logistics, or production finishing roles.
Experience in a high-security manufacturing environment, card personalization,or FMCG packaging is a distinct advantage.
