This is a unique, vital role designed to support a specialized corporate partnership with a major Railroad company whose team members check in and out at all hours of the day and night. This is a PART TIME position during the evening, starting at 10:00 PM. This is a physical, hands-on position where you are directly responsible for processing, refreshing, and staging clean linen and terry to ensure rooms are pristine, welcoming, and ready for these guests at a moment's notice.


Your Essential Overnight Laundry & Operations Duties

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Efficiently manage house laundry operations overnight, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing all company linen and terry according to high standards and required time frames.

  • Inspect all linens during processing for stains, wear, or damage, removing compromised items from circulation to maintain quality standards.

  • Replenish laundry supply stocks and organize linen storage rooms, ensuring incoming late-night arrivals and daytime staff have everything they need.

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized House and Commercial Laundry areas, including cleaning lint traps, wiping down machinery, and sweeping facility floors so the daytime team is set up for success.

  • Transport dirty and clean linen carts, waste, and laundry chemical containers efficiently and hygienically across property spaces.

  • Stock, organize, and maintain laundry equipment and supply carts to ensure continuous operational readiness.

  • Always greet late-night and early-morning guests in a warm, friendly manner, providing a welcoming, secure presence throughout the property.


Safety, Security, and Additional Support

Because you are operating overnight, safety is our absolute highest priority. We maintain strict protocols to ensure a secure environment for you and our guests.

  • Strictly adhere to night-safety and security policies to ensure personal safety, the safety of guests and their belongings, and company property.

  • Safely operate all laundry machinery and handle specialized cleaning chemicals, detergent systems, and tools to avoid injury, waste, or accidents.

  • Maximize overnight efficiency by supporting general cleanliness in laundry facilities, corridors, and adjacent operational spaces as needed.

  • Assist in inventory counts of linen, terry, and laundry supplies to maintain proper stock levels for daily hotel operations.
