A day in the life...

As a Membership coordinator, you are responsible for the NVWT wine club team delivering exceptional member experience, driving both wine sales and wine club retention, resulting in long-term relationships. This is a hybrid role which will also work in the retail/photo/cafe space as needed. 

Requirements

  YOU OWN THIS IF YOU HAVE... 

• 2 years’ experience in a wine membership and/or customer service position.

• Knowledge of wine and (Direct to Consumer) sales practices.

• Working knowledge of wine club management systems; C7 a plus.

• Familiarity with basic compliance guidelines.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; telephone, email, and in-person; friendly, helpful, and professional with the ability to speak clearly and concisely.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to handle customer service complaints and find effective resolutions.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

• Able to lift and carry 50lbs for short periods.

• Must have a valid CA driver's license.

• Must be 21 years of age


Salary range: $25 - $28 per hour
