The Wellness Nurse is an integral member of our nursing team, contributing health care expertise to promote an environment of optimal living for our residents.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Provide nursing services to residents
• Participate in training of care staff
• Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians
• Communicate care plan changes to staff
• Communication with families and physicians
• Documentation and Investigation Reporting
• Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessments
• Wound care
• Audit eMARS, medication cart
• Maintain accurate resident health records
• Medication Management

Qualifications

Who You Are:

• RN/LVN License that is active and in good standing
• A passion to work with our amazing seniors!
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work hard, support your team and build fun into the job
• Must be willing to take TB test
