Job DetailsJob Location: Naples - Naples, FL 34104Position Type: Part TimePOSITION: PART-TIME MERCHANDISER OVERVIEW: Market and merchandise all distributed products within an assigned territory, servicing specific accounts on a regular basis. This position reports directly to the merchandising supervisor and the Delivery and Service Manager. SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assume all specific job responsibilities related to the Merchandising Position, including but not limited to: • Ensure proper rotation and execution of product in a timely merchandising, facing, etc. of all products in the market • Merchandising of products creatively and effectively to improve shelf and display positions • Participation in resets as needed • Maintain back room and back stock in neat and orderly condition • Submit completed and signed daily activity reports (pull sheets) to supervisor • Communicate all changes and occurrences in the market  • Maintain package integrity and quality standards in the marketplace • Responsible for the adherence to company standards, guidelines, policy and procedures • Improve and build customer relationships at the retail level • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Oversees and maintains company equipment • Comply with all Federal, State and Local traffic regulations • Any other tasks as requested by management JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Utilization of personal vehicle for business purposes required as a condition of employment—vehicle must adhere to company image and safety standards • Physical ability to complete all job tasks—must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds with continuously • Willingness to work until the entire job is completed, including working in adverse weather conditions • Complete any and all training as required for the position including safety training • Read and understand Suncoast Beverage Sales’ Policy Manuals • Maintain insurability requirements as determined by Suncoast Beverage Sales • Adherence to all drug free workplace standards and requirements • Strong communicative skills • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Ability to present yourself in a professional manner at all timesQualifications
