What You’ll Do:

Install wiring, conduit, electrical systems, and equipment including motors, switches, outlets, panels, and lighting fixtures
Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing equipment such as voltmeters and multimeters
Repair or replace faulty electrical components and systems
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety regulations
Estimate materials and labor requirements for projects
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and diagnostic results
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project managers
Mentor and support apprentice electricians as needed

What You’ll Bring:

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Journeyperson or similar role
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Proficiency with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Ability to climb ladders and work in various physical positions, including standing, kneeling, stooping, and bending

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat as required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and work in various construction site environments
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with commercial electrical construction
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
