We’re looking for a Porter to travel between our apartment communities in Nashville, TN and help maintain the beauty and curb appeal across our portfolio. What You’ll Do:

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.
• Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.
• Support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects.
• Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred (but not required).
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A positive team player who takes pride in their work.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties.
