The ideal candidate is equal parts hands-on administrator and strategic partner, passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive, professional, and timely process at every stage.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
  • Ensure compliant, consistent, and bias-aware hiring practices.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding and new-hire orientation to set employees up for success from day one.
  • Administer employee changes for corporate employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity.
  • Support performance review cycles and documentation.

Benefits and Retirement Plan Administration

  • Administer group benefits and retirement programs.
  • Assist with open enrollment, new-hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits questions; liaise with brokers and carriers.
  • Coordinate with plan providers and support annual audits, testing, and required filings.

Total Rewards – Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in maintaining pay structures, job levels, and internal equity.
  • Help develop and communicate the total rewards value proposition to employees and candidates.
  • Contribute to annual merit, bonus, and compensation review processes.

Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement

  • Champion initiatives that strengthen company culture, connection, and belonging.
  • Plan and execute engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events.
  • Administer engagement surveys, analyze results, and partner with leadership on action plans.
  • Act as a trusted, approachable resource for employees; support employee relations matters with discretion and empathy.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the end-to-end employee experience.
