Lead Principal Network Developer

The Network Products Engineering organization defines, develops, qualifies, and delivers the next generation of networking products that power OCI data centers worldwide. We partner closely with hardware vendors, software engineering, network engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and product organizations to deliver industry-leading networking solutions.

We are seeking a Lead Principal Network Developer (IC5) to provide technical leadership across Network Products Engineering. This senior individual contributor will define architectural vision, drive product strategy, influence industry partners, and ensure OCI’s network products meet the performance, reliability, scalability, and operational standards required to support one of the world’s largest cloud infrastructures.

Success in this role requires acting as a technical authority and building strong partnerships across Network Engineering, Network Operations, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Product Management. This leader must be comfortable driving alignment and delivering results through influence across organizations without direct authority.
