Job DetailsJob Location: Fisk University - Nashville, TN 37208Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeJob Category: Health CareAssist in recruiting students into the various undergraduate pre-health tracks (toward Medical School, Physician Assistant programs, Nursing, Public Health, Dentistry, etc.) and associated programs  Coordinate partnership programs, connect with partnering institutions to maintain relationships  Develop/refine pathway guides and advise students on their activities for health career readiness  Plan, develop, and coordinate workshops in the areas of a. career path awareness (MD, PA, Nursing, Public Health, Dentistry) and preparation (internships, shadowing, courses, test prep, professional development, interviewing) b. networking to include local mentor pairing (local practitioners meet periodically w/ students) and alumni networking (MDs, PAs, nurses) educational outreach and community involvement QualificationsMaster's degree preferred, with some relevant medical/clinical experience.
