Directs complex, cross-functional programs that improve availability, latency, throughput, and total cost of ownership; embeds automation-first operations, rigorous validation, and continuous improvement across the portfolio. Builds and develops a high-performing, inclusive leadership bench; owns budgets, vendor strategy, and KPI reporting; ensures delivery against SLOs and regulatory requirements.
