Senior Program Manager - Oracle Health Fed

We are seeking a driven and analytical technical program manager (TPM) with 2-7 years of experience in a high-growth technology business. We are specifically looking for a Technical Program Manager with experience at getting things done at scale. Think working with cross functional teams across a large organization, moving team towards a unified goal and north star. You drive results, not just facilitate. You possess high judgement and are a “roll your sleeve up” person with a bias for action. You need to possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, cross- organizational/functional  operations programs that impact both product and business.

Our Oracle Health Infrastructure & Platform Services team focuses on product strategy for Oracle Health, while monitoring & maintaining the infrastructure & platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. To be successful in this role you need to have an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. You will be responsible for managing complex, cross- organizational programs that impact both product and business for Oracle Health and will have exposure to multiple critical business initiatives.  You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
