Summary:
Bounty Club is seeking professional, dependable, and service-driven individuals to join our Outside Golf Staff team at our premier private golf facility located just 6 miles from downtown Nashville. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation, and delivers exceptional member service in a high-end club environment
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage golf bag drop and cart staging
- Clean and detail golf carts to club standards
- Assist with practice facility setup and breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bag storage areas
- Provide attentive, professional service at all times
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds consistently
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $15-$20 per hour
- Full-time and part-time positions available
