Retail Cashier, Bridgestone Arena

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Retail Cashiers to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Retail Cashier, you will be responsible for managing all transactions while providing excellent guest service.

Delaware North is the concessions and retail partner at Bridgestone Arena dating back to 1996. The multipurpose venue is home to the NHL's Nashville Predators. We manage concession outlets and four clubs, including an exclusive lounge offering an all-inclusive food and beverage experience.

• Greet guests, answer questions, and assist whenever possible
• Process sale with point of sale system and bag merchandise
• Advise, upsell, and influence the purchase of additional products to maximize sales
• Maintain records related to sales
• Routinely stock merchandise and maintain back-stock
• Must learn and understand the different types of product to help fans with question

• Must be able to work all Nashville Predators home games

• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work for all games

• Previous experience in retail or customer service environment preferred

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to accurately handle money and count change

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for entire length of shift
• Ability to climb stairs and step stool frequently
• Visual acuity sufficient to distinguish merchandise and operate point-of-sale system
