Spa Concierge - PT

The Spa Concierge/Attendant is expected to rotate between responsibilities for each role. On days when you are Spa Attendant, you are responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the Spa and Fitness Center while providing superior guest service in an environment of relaxation and comfort. As Spa Concierge, provide personal assistance to any individual booking spa treatments, fitness services and retail transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide genuine customer service to guests and clients by explaining JW Marriot Spa facilities
• Strip dirty linen, which may require lifting Spa beds weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests
• Visually inspect Spa rooms for cleanliness and appearance
• Responsible for performing opening and closing duties
• Report suspicious persons, activities and hazardous conditions to the Security Department
• Maintain locker rooms, clean and stocked with all amenities, remove soiled linen and trash
• Maintain the Fitness Room cleanliness and ensure it is always stocked with all amenities, remove soiled linen and trash
• Provide a clean and organized atmosphere in the Spa and adjacent facilities
• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs
• Book reservations
• Assist with cleanliness of the facility
• Follow detailed service standards
• Inform guests of retail offerings and encourage sales
• Attend training and team meetings
• Ability to speak to each treatment and benefits in detail
• Work with SpaSoft booking program
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
