Job Details: Job Location: Pawhuska - Pawhuska, OK, Position Type: Regular Full-Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Please complete your application at osagenation-nsn.gov and  Upload your tribal Membership card, if claiming a preference Answer all questions asked Sign/acknowledge your applicationThank you for applying!Reports to the Regulatory Compliance Licensing Supervisor and Regulatory Compliance Licensing Manager, Regulatory Compliance Agents conduct background investigations to obtain confidential information regarding Osage Casino employees, Gaming Commission employees, and Osage Casino Vendors.  Agents determine suitability and make recommendations for issuing all gaming licenses.  All licensing protocols are conducted in accordance with the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requirements, Osage Nation's Gaming Ordinance, Federal and Tribal Laws, the Oklahoma State Compact, and ONGC Rules and Regulations.  Qualifications:  Requirements  Associate's Degree or 1- 3 years of experience in background investigations, experience in tribal gaming, or minimum 1 year experience in an office setting required Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs, licensing database and other programs specific to background investigations Must be able to pass a criminal background check in order to obtain a gaming license Must obtain required Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) awareness training and maintain certification annually Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs Qualifications  Ability to learn, or possess prior knowledge of all casino games, security and casino related department procedures and various Federal, State and Tribal regulations. Must have excellent report writing skills Knowledge of reading and analyzing court documents and credit reports Must have the ability to effectively present information to Supervisor, Manager, Director and Gaming Commissioners in an open public forum Must have the ability to follow complex instructions and perform tasks under limited supervision Must be able to  complete assigned deadlines and meet NIGC Federal Guidelines Must have excellent multi-tasking capabilities Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics Requires a high level of problem solving skills Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills
