Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is excited to invite a compassionate and motivated Bilingual Female ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in providing transformative ABA services to a wonderful 10-year-old, non-verbal child in Neptune City, NJ! This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!

Schedule:

 

Monday: 3:30pm - 6:30pm

 

Thursday: 3:30pm - 6:30pm

 

Friday: 3:30pm - 6:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills
  • Collect data and document session progress
  • Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • RBT Certification preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual is a plus
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Ability to pass required background screenings
