Responsibilities
Under general supervision of Emergency Department Manager or Designee, perform variety of duties in providing direct patient care including phlebotomy, EKG, minor invasive procedures and diagnostic procedures in accordance with physicians� orders. Conduct patient interviews and provide clerical support including but not limited to patient quick registration, data/order entry, minor transcription of orders, collation of medical records and other clerical duties as assigned.Qualifications
Equal to completion of four years of high school plus specialized courses and training. One year of related work experience is required.
CPR certification required. Certified Nurse Aide, Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, and Paramedic certification required. In lieu of certification, must be currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with successful completion of Fundamentals of Nursing or 1+ years of Emergency Department Technician experience.
Pay Range
USD $21.94 - USD $28.56 /Hr.Rotation Schedule Requirement
