Besides great pay and benefits ACS Group also offers things like: 23 paid days off per year Health Insurance on Day 1 Vaccination not required Skills Training Tuition Reimbursement   If you are looking for a new career, or are a seasoned pro looking for a change, ACS Group is a company where our employees make a difference!   The Crater is responsible for packaging finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling) per shipping requirements.   A successful candidate will be responsible for: Stage finished product for loading Load finished product onto truck Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) Crating material for shipping Use pneumatic tools (nail guns, saws, staple guns, etc.) Build skids from scratch Place product on skids and secure for shipping Build crates for international and domestic shipments Operate forklift Unload and put away supplies (lumber, pallets, banding, etc.) Use foam machine Use pallet crusher and pallet jacks Contributes to a positive work environment Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent and/or 1+ years of related experience Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required Ability to drive a forklift and obtain a forklift certification Well organized, attention to detail, ability to multi-task Ability to use hand and/or power tools
