Job DetailsJob Location: Dynatect Calhoun - New Berlin, WI 53151Position Summary Dynatect is seeking a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexible Work Schedule Options Dynatect offers flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Schedule Options: 4 x 10-hour shifts 4 x 9-hour shifts + 4 hours on Friday Available Start Times: 4:30 AM 5:00 AM 5:30 AM 6:00 AM 6:30 AM Schedules are determined based on department needs and supervisor approval. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy. Grind, clean, and finish welded assemblies as required. Measure and verify dimensions using hand tools and measuring equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment requirements. Report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to leadership. Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks as needed. Meet productivity, quality, and delivery expectations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required. Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Manufacturing experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and welding fumes. Ability to wear required PPE, including welding helmet, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed footwear. Why Join Dynatect?
