We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead strategic procurement initiatives and support our global supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing procurement projects, driving sourcing strategies, supporting forecasting activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components.

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and analytical skills, experience working within complex manufacturing environments, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

 

Your Responsibilities: 

    • Lead procurement-related projects and strategic initiatives to support business objectives.
    • Manage and analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and supply chain optimization.
    • Partner with Engineering to develop sourcing strategies and support make-versus-buy decisions.
    • Monitor procurement performance metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to management.
    • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and executive summary updates.
    • Organize and structure data to drive informed decision-making and successful project execution.
    • Establish priorities, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of procurement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Assembly, Engineering, and After-Sales teams on expedited procurement activities
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
    • Travel internationally as required to support projects, and business initiatives.

Your Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
    • 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, sourcing, project management, or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
    • Experience managing procurement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
    • Knowledge of forecasting, supply planning, and make-versus-buy analysis.
    • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel, ideally as a Key User
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness and ability to collaborate in an international Network and travel internationally as needed.
