Description


The Auxiliary Program & Facility Rental Assistant is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for supporting the daily operations of Auxiliary Programs, including coordinating logistics for facility rentals. This role requires flexible availability between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with seasonal schedule adjustments. Occasional weekend work may be required. 


Hourly wage is $24-$27, depending on experience. 


Key Responsibilities


Student Supervision & Program Support

  • Provide care and supervision for students in grades PreK-9 during after-school programs.
  • Ensure student safety by following all school policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with parents regarding dismissal updates and manage dismissal plans using SchoolPass.
  • Create and maintain rosters and attendance lists for auxiliary programming.

Facility Rentals & Event Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating facility rentals, ensuring seamless event execution.
  • Manage facility rental calendars, bookings, and scheduling.
  • Supervise rental groups using the school facilities, including setup, signage, breakdown, and on-site communication with rental leads.

Administrative & Team Collaboration

  • Run reports and track program attendance.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings and complete required in-house training sessions.

Requirements

  • Experience supervising and caring for children.
  • Ability to engage with students aged 4 to 15 years old (Preschool – Middle School).
  • Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification (training provided by the school).
  • Proficiency with relevant technology and administrative tools.
