Purpose

The Manager in Stakeholder Engagement: TPA, Central, State, CPSU, Inter-Ministerial & Apprenticeship Advisors will drive effective stakeholder coordination and engagement under NAPS. The role will focus on strengthening collaboration with TPAs, Central and State Governments, CPSUs, and apprenticeship advisors. The Manager will facilitate stakeholder consultations, coordination, and follow-up to support effective program implementation. The role will oversee TPA-related engagement and support coordination across government and institutional stakeholders. It will also facilitate stakeholder and industry consultations as part of the broader NAPS engagement framework. Overall, the position will contribute to strengthening stakeholder partnerships and supporting effective implementation of NAPS initiatives

 Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement- TPA, Central, State CPSU and Interministerial and apprenticeship advisors

  1. Drive stakeholder engagement and partnership initiatives to support effective implementation and expansion of NAPS.
  2. Coordinate with Third Party Aggregators (TPAs) to enhance apprenticeship adoption and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Engage with Central Ministries, State Governments, CPSUs, and public sector organizations for apprenticeship promotion.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with Apprenticeship Advisors and key ecosystem stakeholders.
  5. Facilitate inter-ministerial coordination to support policy implementation and apprenticeship growth initiatives.
  6. Organize stakeholder consultations, workshops, meetings, and awareness programs to promote NAPS.
  7. Support onboarding and engagement of new stakeholders, establishments, and government partners.
  8. Monitor stakeholder activities, commitments, and implementation progress under NAPS.
  9. Address stakeholder issues, grievances, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams, State Engagement Officers, and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  11. Prepare stakeholder reports, presentations, briefing notes, and management updates.
  12. Track engagement outcomes, partnership performance, and key stakeholder-related KPIs.
  13. Provide guidance on NAPS policies, processes, portal functionalities, and operational procedures to stakeholders.
  14. Identify new collaboration opportunities with Ministries, Departments, CPSUs, industry bodies, and other institutions to strengthen the apprenticeship ecosystem.
  15. Be open to extensive travel across India for stakeholder meetings, government consultations, workshops, review meetings, field visits, and other responsibilities assigned by NSDC.

 Knowledge and Experience

Education Qualifications

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Management/MBA, Public Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Science, Technology, Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.

Experience

6–8 years of relevant experience in Stakeholder Management, TPA Coordination, Government Coordination, Industry Engagement, or Apprenticeship/Skill Development Programs.

Language Skills

1.       Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

2.       Effective stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

3.       Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.

4.       Ability to communicate effectively with TPAs, Central/State stakeholders, CPSUs, industry bodies, and Apprenticeship Advisors.

5.       Good professional writing and official correspondence skills.

6.       Ability to prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and stakeholder updates.

7.       Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-management skills.

8.     Knowledge of additional regional languages would be an advantage.
