Overview

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Operator to join our second-shift team. This position is responsible for measuring materials, attaching clippers, applying resin mixtures, performing edge sealing, and packaging finished products according to production instructions. The operator plays an important role in preparing products to meet quality and performance standards.

 

This shift runs from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday with occasional OT on Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and cut materials accurately according to job specifications and route instructions
  • Attach clippers and apply resin mixture to ensure proper fit and finish
  • Perform edge sealing and prepare finished products for packaging and shipment
  • Read and follow work orders, route sheets, and quality requirements
  • Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished products
  • Inspect work for accuracy and quality throughout the process
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety rules and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided)
  • Ability to read and interpret written instructions and measurements
  • Previous forklift driving experience preferred, must have previous experience or willing to learn. Forklift driving is required for this position (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work the full shift

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Comfortable working around machinery and resin materials (PPE provided
